Family Head Massage Workshop
Monday 7th April, 5 - 6.30pm at Botelet Farm
This candle-lit head massage workshop offers you the chance to learn, share and receive a simple Indian Head Massage routine with your child in a calm and welcoming space, learning skills that you can then take home and share within the family. Suitable for children age 5+ of primary school age.
Costs £12pp (£24 for parent/carer-and child pair), includes hot cocoa and a set of notes to take away.

Women’s Restorative Circle
Friday 9th May, 10am to 12.30pm at Botelet Farm
Costs £60 per person
Includes all resources plus a cup of herbal tea and light bite.

Introduction to Massage - Part 1
Wednesday 4th June, 9.30am to 4.30pm at Botelet Farm
Costs £90 per person
Suitable for anyone with an interest in massage, to learn and share with family and friends, as a refresher or to test the water for anyone thinking of a career in massage therapy. Includes all resources plus cups of tea and light bite, please bring a packed lunch.
